CSPA provides input into new Government Space Portal

CSPA was represented by Allie Ford at a recent focus group discussion to help expand space.gov.au into a web portal which is useful to everyone in Australia who is interested in space.

Various university and business groups from Victoria and interstate were represented. Discussions focussed on what different users wanted from the website and how this could best be achieved. CSPA promoted factors relevant to research scientists and students at all levels, as well as the general public. Allie was well placed to comment on space science in primary education as she is also an active participant in the CSIRO/Australian Government Scientists in Schools initiative.
