Jobs

There are no jobs available in CSPA at present.

Post-doctoral Fellowships

Post-Doctoral Fellowships at CSPA are available for 2006.
These are funded through the Australian Research Council (www.arc.gov.au) via their Discovery Grant and Fellowship programs. Anyone interested in pursuing one of these should contact the appropriate staff member at CSPA and plan to develop a research proposal in plenty of time for the deadline for applications (approx Feb 2006). For more info please see http://www.arc.gov.au/info_users/researcher_fellowships.htm.

Work Experience

We are always keen to let students experience life as a research astronomer working in the Centre. If you are interested in doing a work-experience placement at CSPA, please print out and fill in this Work experience Application Form and return it to us, along with a covering letter, and a letter from your school. (The form is in pdf format so you will need Adobe Reader or a similar program to read it - you can download Adobe Reader here. As placements will depend on the availability of staff and resources in the department, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to offer you a place. We will endeavour to let you know as soon as possible whether your application is successful.
